Exploring Your Alt Side
There are really only two things that you need to ask yourself before signing up for a legit alternative dating site: how over other people are you? Do you care about what they think, or are you pretty interested in running your own show?

You’re mostly going to look like a Hot Topic reject, and trust us, that’s not a look that any alternative woman is going to chase after.
It’s about what you’re into, too.
When we talk about what you’re into, it’s not necessarily that you’re into tattoos, or piercings, or body mod. Those are huge parts of alternative culture to be sure, and there are subsections of alt culture that are completely devoted to their new tats and showing them off.
There are people that plan out their new tattoos with artists for months, for example, and if that’s something that you’re into, then we can only tell you to go for it. There’s definitely going to be a woman out there that’s into the exact same thing.
That being said, it’s also about what kind of kinks you’re into in the bedroom. There are tons of different alt cultures that focus around bondage, BDSM, and other ‘alternative’, kinky realms of sex. These are the kinds of things that you might have always wanted to experiment with, but have never actually had the chance to.
